What we’re all about

NextGen is a movement of students committed to making a real impact—locally and globally.

Here in Maryland, we mentor middle and high schoolers, offering academic support and life guidance to help the next generation thrive.

Internationally, we partner with Filter of Hope to serve families in Latin America by providing water filters that produce 250 gallons of clean water a day and last up to 10 years. Every filter is a chance to share the hope of the Gospel and meet both physical and spiritual needs.

From classrooms to communities, from clean water to lasting hope—NextGen is all about transformation.

LOCALLY

Area Youth Ministry

NextGen partners with AYM (Area Youth Ministry), a nationwide non-profit Christian youth organization that connects high school students with other like-minded peers and mentors.

We are college students (& alumni) who are passionate about seeing the youth thrive. We offer mentorship, summer camps, resources for Christian clubs, special events, and sports camps for youth in over 25 cities in the United States.

We provide support to help the youth mature in Christ and to inspire them through Scripture to be agents of God’s love in their schools, families and communities.

GLOBALLY

Filter of Hope

NextGen partners with Filter of Hope, a Christian organization dedicated to meeting both physical and spiritual needs by providing clean water and sharing the gospel. As a student, partnering with Filter of Hope means more than just distributing water filters—you’ll have the opportunity to share the love of Christ in practical and powerful ways.

Through international trips to places like the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Honduras, and Guatemala, you’ll help bring hope to families in need while growing in your own faith and purpose.
